Good nutrition supports the body’s natural defences and resistance. However, no claim can be made about the efficacy of any naturopathic or nutritional advice.

The practitioner, Dr. Ramiz (Dr. Ramiz Ahmed-Man):

  • Dr. Ramiz solely offers naturopathic and nutritional advice in the form of naturopathic recommendations, which consists solely of test recommendations and interpretations (which do not diagnoses medical conditions), dietary recommendations, supplement and herbal recommendations (which consist solely of food supplements) and lifestyle recommendations.

  • Advice will be tailored to support medically diagnosed conditions and/or health challenges identified and agreed by yourself, the client, and Dr. Ramiz.

  • Dr. Ramiz, in his role as your practitioner, does not diagnose or claim to treat medical conditions and is not permitted to do so.

  • Naturopathic and nutritional advice is not a substitute for professional medical advice and treatment.

The client (you):

  • You, the client, are solely responsible for contacting your General Practitioner (GP) or specialist about any concerns about your health which may be raised during any communication between yourself and Dr. Ramiz. Dr. Ramiz is not responsible for contacting your GP or specialist about any concerns about your health which may be raised during any communication between yourself and Dr. Ramiz.

  • Please advise your GP of any naturopathic recommendations you will be following. Please also advise any other complementary medicine practitioners you are consulting.

  • It is important that you tell Dr. Ramiz about any medical diagnosis you have received, and any prescription medications, herbal medicine, food supplements or over-the-counter medication you are taking as it may affect your naturopathic recommendations. Dr. Ramiz is not responsible for any adverse effects which may be suffered by yourself due to an interaction/complication between your naturopathic recommendations and a medical diagnosis, prescription medications, herbal medicine, food supplements or over-the-counter medication which was not disclosed during communication between yourself and Dr. Ramiz.

  • If you are unclear about any part of your naturopathic recommendations or have any health concerns not mentioned during communication between yourself and Dr. Ramiz, then you should contact Dr. Ramiz immediately for clarification, via email, text or phone call.

  • Your naturopathic recommendations will have a specified timeframe, and you should not continue with recommendations outside of this timeframe unless agreed in communication between yourself and Dr. Ramiz. This is to avoid any adverse reactions.

Data Protection Policy:

  • All client data is handled with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance, in line with the UK Data Protection Act (2018) and in line with the Information Commissioner’s Office requirements with certified registration.

  • All client data collected during in any questionnaires is temporarily stored using a GDPR-committed cloud service, before being transferred to secure local hard drives and deleted from the cloud service.

  • All client data collected during any call with Dr. Ramiz is held on paper or on secure local hard drives, all of which are kept in a locked filling cabinet at Dr. Ramiz’s business address, which is secured under lock and alarm.

  • All client data collected is solely accessed by Dr. Ramiz and used for the sole purpose of formulating your naturopathic recommendations.

  • All client data is accessible by the client upon request and can be provided within 20 working days. All client data is deleted after 7 years following the last communication between yourself and Dr. Ramiz.

  • A full money back guarantee is offered for all purchases within the first 7 days of receipt of your naturopathic recommendations, in the form of a full refund

  • Should you feel at all unsatisfied with your purchases of naturopathic recommendations, you may apply for a full refund by emailing Dr. Ramiz at consultations@doctorramiz.com. Please title your email as ‘Refund Request’ or ‘Money Back Request’. Full refunds are guaranteed if applied for within 7 days of you receiving your naturopathic recommendations. Naturopathic recommendations are received via email from Dr. Ramiz to the client.

  • Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided if refund applications are received beyond 7 days of you receiving your naturopathic recommendations.
